Online Focusing Skills Certificate Course

The basic skills of Focusing and being a Focusing Companion

The Online Focusing Skills Certificate Course is divided into a series of 4 x weekly half-days of 3 hours each.
There is a break for 4 – 6 weeks for you to practice and to integrate what you have learned.
You will need about a month to five weeks to integrate your learning before doing the next Level.
There follows another series of 4 weekly seminars, which comprise the next Level or module.
There are five modules in total, so the course takes several months to complete.

Focusing works best when you learn and absorb slowly, over a period of time.

This course is recognised by The British Focusing Association (BFA) and is experiential, with plenty of opportunity to practice. It is not a professional qualification, but it is required if you want to go on and do further training towards becoming a Focusing professional.

The whole course is 60 guided learning hours of personal growth and development.
The workshops need to be taken in sequential order.

Objectives:
Learn how to Focus with a Companion.
Learn how to be a Focusing Companion.
Learn how to become present to your experience.
Develop a base for integrating Focusing into your life.
For your own personal growth and development.
