When you subscribe to my mailing list, I collect your name and email address for the purposes of sending you my newsletter.
You can unsubscribe at any time, via the ‘unsubscribe’ link on the newsletter.

When you complete registration forms to attend courses or purchase CDs, I collect the relevant information about you.
This information can include your name, address, email address, phone number and other information relevant to the event you’re registering for, or your purchase.

I also gather general information regarding the use of my website, such as which pages are visited most frequently. This information helps me improve the services and information I offer on my website (please see ‘Cookies’, below).

I use the information for the following purposes:

  • to provide you with the services, products or information you have requested.
  • to contact you with information about a course you’re attending.
  • to keep in contact with you about other courses that may interest you.
  • to provide customer service and support, deal with enquiries or notify you of changes in relation to courses.
